Hi, my name is Valerie, I’m 33 years old, and I’m all for a healthy lifestyle! Once in the first grade in gym class we had to climb up a rope to the ceiling and the kids took turns climbing. Some of them could do it easily, some with difficulty, and some of them could not rise even 1.5 meters, and I was one of them. Of course this is not put a bad grade, but this is an insurmountable peak so stuck in my mind, the question-why? could not climb this thick rope. Of course at 7 years still think about something else, but I remember this moment. I wanted to prove to myself that I can overcome this peak in the form of a rope and crossbar.

Already in fourth grade, I signed up in the section of women’s basketball. And when the city gave me a uniform for the competition, there was no limit to my happiness. Then there were performances at the city and state levels.

Sports became an integral part of my life.

Time passed, and one day I looked in the mirror and saw a woman not quite athletic build and realized I need to change, to get back to a healthy lifestyle. I thought I would start on Monday and it didn’t happen right away. I started with the basics – exercises, push-ups, jogging. I began to look through literature about healthy lifestyles, its components nutrition, exercises, muscle anatomy, all of which helps in building a muscular figure and of course the health in general. And now I go to the gym, exercise with barbells, dumbbells, on machines, run in the morning. That’s why I had the idea to create a site where you can learn all aspects of healthy lifestyles, sports, fitness, bodybuilding, sports health, everything associated with these very necessary concepts for people.
